Our Female Only class program specifically tailors Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) techniques and concepts for women and girls. You will learn how to position your body and limbs efficiently using superior leverage, this will maximise your force and strength. Practicing BJJ will empower you physically and mentally, and give you the confidence and necessary skills to overcome a physically larger and stronger opponent.
We encourage beginners of all ages to attend these classes, where we spend time focusing on highly effective techniques and strategies for many common situations and scenarios.
