Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a fun and rewarding way to exercise, get fit and learn how to defend yourself at the same time! We offer a variety of programs customised to suit people of all ages, experience and levels of fitness.

Our Programs
Adults Jiu-Jitsu
Adults of all ages are welcome to these classes! Male or female, "young" or "old", middle aged or retired - no martial arts experience is necessary, no matter what your fitness level!
Women Only Jiu-Jitsu
Get fit, healthy and strong while learning to defend yourself! Our womens only program tailors BJJ for women and girls with a specific focus on self-defence.
Teenagers Jiu-Jitsu
Our teens classes provide a fun and accepting environment to learn BJJ with peers. We delve into some more advanced techniques, self-defence principles and prepare students for the adult classes and higher belts.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu
For the younger kids, our mission is to have FUN while learning new movements and skills. We incorporate play with technical BJJ and Grappling movements, group exercises and games.
Private Lessons
Private one-on-one coaching is a great way to really fast track your jiu-jitsu development as well as focus on improving particular aspects of your game.
Schools & Organisations
We also offer tailored classes, seminars and programs to different types of organisations including corporate businesses, schools, clubs, community groups and not-for-profits organisations.
